Mother and baby yoga incorporates gentle massage, singing and rhythm, movement and stretching to stimulate your babies senses and encourage bonding between mother and baby. The touch between you and your baby will activate their brain and help them to absorb new stimuli and connect with their existing understanding.
While your baby expands their experience you withdraw yours to the present!
The classes include post natal exercises for mum, moments of stillness and relaxation.
These classes are suitable from 12 weeks (when baby can support their own head ) until crawling.
