General Level Yoga
From 14 weeks to 40+ weeks
Yoga can help you move and breathe through your pregnancy towards an active labour combining posture (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.
The classes provide a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for you during your pregnancy.

Mother and baby yoga incorporates gentle massage, singing and rhythm, movement and stretching to stimulate your babies senses and encourage bonding between mother and baby.
The classes include post natal exercises for mum, moments of stillness and relaxation. These classes are suitable from 12 weeks (when baby can support their own head ) until crawling.
